Although foot reflexology is the most commonly requested treatment some feel uncomfortable at having their feet touched and would prefer hand reflexology. This is personally how I experienced my first reflexology session concerned that my feet would be too sensitive and now I enjoy both.
Hand reflexology is a beautifully relaxing therapy also carried out on a reclining chair where the reflexes are worked the same as the feet with thumb and finger movements.
